How it works
1.
Create an account on greekfest.cashlessportal.com. You will be able to add funds directly to your wristband from this account at any point during the festival, as well as cashing out at the end.
2.
Add funds to your account on greekfest.cashlessportal.com. Please note that the first 5 dollars loaded will be your admission fee.
3.
The morning after the festival ends (Monday, October 7th) at 6am your funds will be accessible to cash out. The cash out window will be open until Monday, October 14th at 11:59pm. Any funds that are left in your account after this date will be a donation to our church.

What does ‘going cashless’ mean?
You will receive a wristband with your $5 admission fee that will act as your wallet. You’ll load up your wristband with funds, and pay for everything with your wristband. You’ll spend less time in line and less time worrying about cash or talents, but most importantly, more time enjoying the event!
I had an online account in 2023, can I use it in 2024?
For the 2024 festival, you must create a new online account and collect a new wristband onsite. Online accounts and wristbands from 2023 have now expired. You can however register with the same email you used for your account last year.
How do I get my wristband?
Wristbands can be purchased for $5 at the festival entrance. Everyone 12 years and over must have a wristband. Your wristband is valid for the entire festival.
If you purchase a wristband online prior to the event, you can visit the pre-paid entry to on 31st & Glisan for faster entry.
How do I load funds onto my wristband?
To load funds onto your wristband you can top up online at greekfest.cashlessportal.com or visit the wristband booth onsite.
How do I purchase items during the event?
Simply allow your wristband to be tapped at any of the outlets at the venue to pay for your order. The amount due will be deducted.
